    Hi does anyone have a good customs contact for Moscow , just need to ensure equipment gets in and out seamlessly.

    Hi Nigel

    We are since 12 years running photo-production services in Moscow. As we represent only foreign photographers and work only with international chain agencies, we have done it several times.
    Russia is in Carnet Agreement, but there are some specifications which might cause some discomfort at the customs. We could help you with carnet docs preparation, contact the customs brokers (we need to know the date of arrival and departure), arrange VIP meeting at the airport, be present at the airport.

    From the other side, why do you take all the equipment to Moscow? There are some suppliers where you could rent everything.
