  • hi, looking for a fixer in london who could assist us in shooting a TV commercial there. we’ve shortlisted a couple of directors, but if u’ve got a film director who’s a football addict, we’re still open to suggestions. interested please mail info@gurusofdrama.com

We are a service production company, with a Director/photographer who is a footie nut as am I, (Chelsea and Man U supporters).

Very experienced in commercials and movie production, extensive library facility for location possibilities, all production from initial scouting through shooting to final audit.

We pass to you every cost advantage, productions with budgets from £20 million to £20K. Regular clients from LA, NY, France, Japan, Australia. (See website).

We’d be very happy to help you put your shoot in London together. Lucky Strike is a dedicated production sevice company based in Soho, and we’ve handled a very wide range of commercial productions, many celebrity based. We’ve recently shot a spot with Nicolas Anelka and JJ Okacha for Reebok and are scheduled to shoot with Sven Goran Erickson in early March. We shot the Rugby World series for Nike (named best Australian Commercial of the Year) in London (please see our website). Cost estimates can usually be turned round within a day, and we have the most extensive location library in the UK. Look forward to hearing from you !

Hi. My name is Aaron Denn, I’m a producer for Stillking Films. I’m in London at the moment. Maybe I can help you with your request for your shoot in London. Would you like me to do an estimate, do you have storyboards or scripts. I might be able to suggest a few directors too (you mentioned football mad ones!). Perhaps you can tell me a bit more about the project. You can contact me on my mobile + 44 7779 235408 or by email aaron@stillking.com

Hello, my name is Yanina Barry from The Good Film Company Ltd in London – http://www.goodfilms.co.uk.
The London film scene is a village. Having known both Greg Mills and Chris Rose for many years, I can absolutely assure you that they are wonderful producers who would give you a great service. So am I. Everyone who has responded to you will do you a great job, at a great price – you just need to choose one!
    Good Luck!

    Hello,

I am a location manager and production manager with 20 years experience of working in London. I know, and have worked with both Greg Mills and Chris Rose and would be happy to work alongside them them or to set up locations options in advance of their involvement. My company Location X (www.locationx.net) is not a full production service company but specialises in location management and scouting, mostly in London and the surrounding area.

London is becoming more film friendly but still presents more than its share of complexitiesis for location shoots and it is essential that you use an experienced and dedicated location manager if you are to avoid dissapointments and delays.

There is no shortage of football crazy directors in London but I feel that I should leave this recommendation to the London producer.
