  Hi Steve,
  Probably your best bet, is to take an experienced scout from New Zealand, as it is close by. I have forwarded your request to someone who will contact you directly (Phil Aitken from Filmscouts)… but you can also contact me if you require any further information re filming in those areas, as I have recently done a bid for shooting in Tahiti, and have some knowledge of what you will require there.

  They have very limited local resources for filming. However, a lady by the name of Christine Tisseau Giraudel, @ Tahiti Nui Companies, is very helpful, and may be able to recommend a local scout as well.
