    We are looking for a Producer for the Russian & Polish market. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the Commercials industry – ideally with a production, assistant director or location manager background. The role of the International Producer will incorporate contacting potential clients, building up relationships and visiting the important festivals in Europe / Easteurope. She/He will be responsible for preparing budgets and if the client is successful in winning their pitch will follow the production through the pre-production, supervise the actual shooting of the commercial on Mallorca and then wrap the accounts with the line producer, who will be with her/him during the hole production. She/he will sit in a pivotal position between the CineSpot crew and the visiting Production Company. She/he must be prepared to travel back and forth on a regular basis.
