  Further to receiving a e mail from Murray Ashton this morning I am very interested in the Production Manager Vacancy advertised. I have been involved in the television industry for the past 25 years and have worked on many Studio and Location based productions ranging from I’m a Celebrity – Get me out of here! and An Audience with Kylie Minogue to Reborn in the USA.
  I have experience running live & recorded studio productions here in the UK and abroad and was the senior Production Manager for “Are you Smarter than a ten year Old” – 70hrs, talent led, OB recording on HD, filmed at Elstree Studios for Sky One.
  Over the years I have gained the ability to liaise with Talent, Clients, Internal departments, Management and Crew and have run many productions from conception to post production.
  Between 2006 – 2008 I was senior Production Manager for the London arm of Twofour Broadcast where I was responsible for looking after several productions simultaneously and overseeing the day to day running of many projects. I have experience creating schedules and budgets for both quick turnaround and long running productions and negotiating the best deals with crew, locations & facility companies. I look forward to developing my skills further in the future and look forward to hearing from you.

  In response to Murray Ashton’s e-mail I would definitely be interested in the Production Manager post that is available.

  I am currently working until 22 March and if the post is available after that date I would love to be considered.

  I am an experienced PM with knowledge of filming abroad. I am a committed, experienced person used to working to the most demanding schedules and budgets. I like to run a very efficient but happy unit and I always try my best to make sure the Director can achieve their vision. I have worked in many areas of television over the years and have a variety of skills and knowledge to bring to any production that I work on.
