    Hello,

My name is Thierry. I am a french screen
writer heading to Tokyo for the first time at the end of March for a preliminary Tokyo “feel recce” for a project I am working on.

I don”t want to trouble local production people at this stage but I would be very grateful for any suggestions of mid-budget accomodation (hotel/appartment etc..) in central or near central Tokyo with good vibe and stuff to do and see. Your help with this is much appreciated. Many thanks – Thierry

    Hi Thierry,

I received you mail from the locationGuide. Great your coming to Tokyo. Is it your first time? Its a fun city and provides great creativity for writers. Anyway, I can certainly assist you. I’m Australian and have been living in Tokyo for 17 years now. Im married to a Japanese woman who we own a production company here in Tokyo. We have had the production company for over 11 years now. We work monthly on many large jobs mainly from the US and Europe. Microsoft, Apple, HP, Coca Cola, DHL, the list goes on. Just so you know, we are a small company but do big jobs. I also have a real estate side business that i built up over the last 10 years in Tokyo. I own a really cool building in Ebisu, the best area in Tokyo to hang out. I have a 5 story building with 29 apartments. I always have one available and they are furnished, so i can certainly look after you in the accommodation and production. Our production office is on the ground floor so you would be able to work out of here while researching. Your totally welcome.

Don’t hesitate to contact me and I will make sure your looked after. I speak fluent Japanese of course.
