  Hi im looking for brownstone houses somewhere in south america preferable in Buenos Aires or Montevideo. Basically something that can resemble New York brownstone houses with the stoops at the front of the house (think sex and the city).
  If anyone has any pictures they can send that would be fantastic.

  Dear Mark. It´s hard to get the “exact” look of chelsea or upperwestside manhattan, sepecially for the stoops. But, if you give us more details about the proyect, we´ll help you to get budgets to build up a good “scenery”, or adapt existing houses, etc..

  Dear Mark,

  as for what I see so far your houses haven´t been found yet. Do you mean houses like the ones one could find left and right of Central Park? Brown brick buildings with small stairwells for each of them and almost a little higgledy-piggledy in their architecture (upper west and east side)? Or do you think of Meatpacker District brown brick buildings with the ladders and gully holes that give off smoke? Here is a careful assessment for your research: neither one you can find easily in BsAs, for some reasons New York is NY. You can approach in terms of bricks, see my samples, but you won´t find the real thing. In case I´m wrong: Why don´t you post a reference?
