P.S. If you check out my Serbian client on my website you will see that it is an Italian producer with dozens of years of experience of filming both in Italy and Serbia. His company, FILM 87, shoots every year several films that take place in Italy, but save about 75% by shooting in Serbia. They have just recently build an extremely expensive standing set of an Italian town, that definitely beats fighting the permits, traffic etc of filming in a real town.
