  I would look into Turkey. They have huge salt lakes (2nd biggest in the world).

  Have you considered South Africa. We have exactly what you need and the infrastructure and film industry services are brilliant here in South Africa.

  We also are rather cost effect now during our winter period. Based on what locations you need there are also no weather issues.
