  Hi Kasia,

  We are a production company in Mumbai, India with lots of experience in filming especially with farmers.

  For the past 3 years we have been working with a lot of farmers who do workshops and who are trying to save the old seeds in India and fight against the GM food.

  So, after the first week of February, the wheat fields will start turning brown. You will find lush green fields best in the last week of January upto the first week of Feb. Since we are in touch with farmers all across India, we can suggest options from Maharashtra to Punjab depending on the details.
