  I’m looking for luxurious villa at Mediterranean/Adriatic seaside for 2-day shoot for Russian feature film.
  The location should be located not more than 1 hour drive from production base.

  Croatian coast (Adriatic Sea) has a lot of villas that could be what you’re looking for, and Croatia has a friendly filming incentive policy of 20% rebate. All potential sites are located near the accommodations and well connected with roads.
