    Jose,
Evidently there is a Bell 206 based in La Paz which is the capital of Baja California Sur. They claim to be experienced in aerial photography but we have not worked with them. They are certified to handle a side mount or nose mount. It is approximately 1.5 hours RT from La Paz to Los Cabos. The cost is $1,700 per hour (Pilot Included) + 16 % IVA as there corporate office is in Oaxaca. Baja Sur IVA is 11 %.
Assuming your shoot time is 1.5 hours + the ferry time…you are looking at around $6,000.
There is no aviation fuel truck located here that we are aware of.
There are no mounts or experienced operators here so you would need to bring them from Mexico City , Los Angeles or possibly San Diego.
    I trust this is helpful.
    Best regards,
    Thom
