HI. We are seeking a horse ranch estate in Georgia, near Atlanta, to include in a feature film. We need the ranch to have a very large home on its property. The home will be filmed as the home of two of the supporting roles in the film. Filming there may take less than two weeks. We also need horses on the ranch, as part of the landscape, when a few of the characters are filmed touring the property and also filming the stable when the supporting actor is brushing his horse.
If we can get a property like that to film in Georgia, then we will be hiring a portion of our crew and casting for some of the roles with local crew members and actors/actresses. If possible, we would like to have this ranch as close to Atlanta as possible, but if not..we can manage.
Also, we do need additional locations, which are the following:
1. A dance studio and music practice room (the lead female role is a member of a showcase band and dance troupe).
2. A penthouse condo for the lead male role (a corporate big shot)
3. A modest, but chic one bedroom apartment for the lead female role (an art writer).
4. A large, beautiful home (brick) for the lead male role’s mother in the film
5. An ethnic, barbecue, or steak house restaurant for the couple to have lunch at in the film.
