We are producing a series of reality-show like sports events in China over summer and need a high calibre producer to lead the TV show production and oversee third party event partners. The right person needs to have proven experience in creating shows for online TV such as Tencent QQ, as well as organising large scale events.
English speaking and production experience in China is a must. Ideally the producer can speak Mandarin too.
Key responsibilities will be to
· Manage and support third party casting across various cities
· Manage asset delivery from all casting
· Pre production: assist with script writing, crew, schedules, location recce etc.
· Pre production meetings with client and third parties
· Manage third party partners’ event set up in Shanghai and Beijing
· Create a Trailer for the event (approx. 2-3 mins)
· Filming of primary sports events, in Beijing and Shanghai, over 4 days
· Filming of secondary events, in other parts of China
· Filming of one live event for online broadcast
· Manage all post production
· Organise all licenses
· Manage client’s approval (together with Account Director)
· Video assets delivery of 5 Episodes (approx. 20 mins each) for online TV
· Video assets delivery for various snippets for daily pushes to social media
· Static assets delivery for social media and other campaign use

The production runs from now till around 15 August.
