  Need to shoot the sunny/warm/green bits from the board outside Russia –
  the mentioned above will be difficult to find in Russia early December.

  Indeed you can’t shoot sunshine location with green grass in Russia at random in December.
  How about Abkhasia with subtropic evergreen parks? We have excellent partners there.

  I would warmly recommend the Croatian coast.
  There are a lot of Russian productions shooting here, mainly in pursuit of the sun.

  The Mediterranean climate provides warm temperatures till the end of the year, giving a nurturing climate for the flora and fauna in the region. This keeps most of the vegetation green throughout the year and provides good shooting conditions.

  For your convenience Zagreb and Moscow are connected with Aeroflot, only 3h flight away.
  There are many 5* star hotels at the coast that are vacant and affordable during December (non-season).

  With regards to your posting would you consider Thailand. We have done serval shoot for Russia in winter. We do regular campaign for Tele2. They generally come to shoot every winter in Thailand with us. Thailand is very cost competitive and excellent location & weather to shoot you required. We are able to provide you with several references in Russia.

  here in Habana , Cuba we have lots of sun and big influences from the Russians from the 1990s so i think it will work just fine to find a suitable street with matching buildings for your project to be realized here in Habana .
