Rattling Stick films on location in Sunderland and Sussex for Intel

Rattling Stick has filmed on location in Sunderland and Sussex for a new Intel spot. In London Train a woman’s Ultrabook Convertible makes a modern station seem old-fashioned as she’s taken back in time to a period setting.

Rattling Stick travelled to Sunderland Station in north-east England to avoid the London crowds for the modern-day shots. Location Manager Chris Harrison spoke to the Sunderland Echo: “Metro and Northern Rail were great – it was a difficult job in terms of the restrictions involved but they were both really helpful."

He adds: “We still couldn’t shut down a major transport hub, so we went in there about 6pm - just after rush hour - and filmed until about 3 or 4am.”

For the period shots the team relocated to the Bluebell Railway in Sussex, which offers stations that can represent periods from the Victorian era all the way through to the 1950s.
