AFCI Locations Show moves to March dates in Century City for 2014
The AFCI Locations Show will move to 27-29 March at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Century City in Los Angeles for 2014. For the past two years the event has taken place in downtown Los Angeles in June.
The AFCI Locations Show is the world’s top production industry event and is attended by hundreds of delegates each year. Century City is within walking distance of Fox Studios and is also near Santa Monica Pier.
“April, May and June are very busy conference and festival times and we expect moving to the beginning of this period will enhance the quantity and quality of both speakers and attendees, many of whom are exhausted by June,” the organisation said of the change of dates.
As with the 2013 show, the 2014 event will be three days rather than two, due to what the AFCI describes as “a highly positive response” to the extra time.
