Besson announces studio plans
Luc Besson’s EuropaCorp and Tarak Ben Ammar’s Quinta Communications have announced a partnership to build a USD42 million studio complex in Paris. Paris Studios, will be France’s first modern megastudio.
Construction will begin in December and is expected to be completed in early 2012. The studio will rival the likes of Pinewood and Babelsberg. It will include nine soundstages, one of which will be 23,680 square feet.
