West Virginia offers tax credit of up to 31%
Information for the state of West Virginia's Film Industry Investment act has been added to our Benefits & Incentives site today.
It is a tax credit for a range of production types and can equate to 31% of in-state spend.
There are no per project caps.
West Virginia also offers a sales tax exemption and a lodgings tax exemption.
