Ogilvy Brazil spot awarded Grand Prix at ABP Festival
Dove’s viral video for its deodorant, Invisible Dry, has won the Brazilian Festival of Advertising's Grand Prix in the internet category.
The spot was created by Ogilvy Brazil, produced by BossaNovaFilms and directed by Paula Trabulsi.
The viral ad, called Fuga (Escape), uses a Japanese theater technique. Paula Trabulsi, already an international prize winner, said: "Instead of having the camera follow the action to get different takes, the action was placed in front of a fixed camera and was presented via multiple frame shots. All the choreography was created to enable this effect."
