AFCI faces the future in NZ
The Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) will be holding their Cineposium 08 between the 19th and 23rd of November in Wellington, New Zealand.
The cineposium will take a hard look at how the entertainment industry is changing and its impact on film commissioners around the world. The successes of the New Zealand industry and film-related tourism will provide the perfect platform for developing a model for their future.
The event's sessions will give participants a clearer picture of the future of the industry as it pertains to film commission work. There will also be a rundown of AFCI University offerings, courses that can lead toward AFCI certification or that can enhance the knowledge and skill set of AFCI film commission staff.
