Irish production fund gets USD2.8 million injection
To further encourage foreign film & TV production companies to shoot in Ireland, the Minister for Arts, Sports & Tourism, Seamus Brennan has committed an aditional $2.8 million for the Irish Film Board (IFB). Productions that have benefitted from the IFB's International Production Fund recently include The Escapist, My Boy Jack, Becoming Jane, Dorothy Mills and The Tudors as well as UK based TV series.
