Abu Dhabi Film Commission announces USD100,000 screenwriting grant
The newly formed Abu Dhabi Film Commission (ADFC) has opened the 2009 Shasha Grant competition. Those interested are invited to submit their scripts, by the 15th of July, to the ADFC.
The winner will receive a USD100,000 screenwriting grant to develop their script, and a first look deal with Imagenation, a subsidiary of the recently launched, and heavily funded, Abu Dhabi Media Company.
