BelocalFilms sets out to optimise location filming in Argentina
Producer Mariano Marin has set up a new production club in Argentina. BelocalFilms, or B-Club, will promote the Argentinean industry with free membership for foreign production companies, as well as delivering a range of production discounts for member companies.
Clients working with B-Club for the first time will get a 10% discount on the organisation’s in-house services. These discounts increase and mark-up costs fall as the clients undertake more projects with B-Club. The idea is to foster an innovative customer loyalty approach to production servicing in Argentina.
B-Club is the first global production club in Latin America. It’s based in Argentina and its goal is to promote the national industry.
Mariano Marin, Producer
Marin states: “B-Club is the first global production club in Latin America. It’s based in Argentina and its goal is to promote the national industry, creating a special place in which international creatives, directors and producers can flourish.
“Clients (members) get membership category upgrades by acquiring our services, with its unique benefits, discounts and incentives. This is the better way we can promote our work generating a loyal business programme and transferring benefits to our clients.”
Buenos Aires is already a vibrant production centre, with its colonial architecture making it an easy double for European and North American cities, while operating costs frequently undercut the competition.
