| Additional incentives or advantages | - - For film and drama productions, at least double the allocated grant must be spent in Sicily. For all other productions, the amount spent must be at least equal to that of the grant.
The production must hire a fixed number of crew members from the region itself, excluding actors and extras. The exact number depends on the amount of the grant awarded.
Shooting must start within one year of the grant being received.
