The upcoming adaptation of Julian Barnes’s novel, The Sense of an Ending, shot several crucial scenes in the London borough of Lambeth, with principal photography lasting for seven weeks.
APU Productions were on hand during filming on the latest season of Netflix’s cooking series, Chef’s Table, servicing the project’s stay in Peru. The show travelled to Peru to investigate Virgilio Martínez Véliz’s world renowned restaurant, Central.
Christopher Menaul’s war-time film, Another Mother’s Son, recreated St Helier Harbour at Princes Wharf in Bristol. During the shoot, the production utilised the Lloyds Amphitheatre as a base of operations.
The next series of Netflix’s anthology show, Black Mirror, will feature scenes shot on location in Iceland. Production company Truenorth will be handling the shoot, having now obtained filming permits from the Environment Agency of Iceland.

A sequel to 1964’s Mary Poppins has begun shooting on location outside the Bank of England. Entitled Mary Poppins Returns, the production recreated an early 20th century setting, having hundreds of extras walk past the building as an old, open-deck bus drove down the street.
