Ouarzazate Film Commission

In order to monitor the progress of filming in the region of Ouarzazate,
a Film Commission was established in 2008 with substantial resources, composed of experienced professionals.

It was created by the intiative of the Regional Council and the Moroccan Center for Cinematography.

The region of Ouarzazate, the gateway to the desert, is a true open-air film set where super productions have been filmed for many decades.

Ouarzazate, the city that offers millennium peacefulness with its magnificent Kasbahs, its houses with original architecture, its infrastructure and its various movie sites.
