We are in full summer in November so the weather is perfect for your shoot! Situated within the Tenorio Volcano National Park, the Río Celeste winds, tumbles and crashes through a verdant rainforest. Two rivers merge into one at Borbollones, a confluence where the minerals from the river and volcano meet and subsequently create the famous blue hue. In addition to the colorful attraction of the water, the river also has several thermal hot springs and a large waterfall.     Jamaica has the original Blue Lagoon! It was made famous by the Brooke Shields movie of the same name. The over 52m-deep (170.6ft) ‘Blue Lagoon’ opens to the sea and is fed by freshwater springs that come in at about 40m (131ft) deep. The Blue Lagoon is one of the famous attractions in Portland – the northeastern section of Jamaica. a number of movies have been shot there or nearby including “Knight & Day”, Cocktail, “the Mighty Quinn” among others. Regarding waterfall – there is a waterfall nearby, though not on the Blue Lagoon itself. It is called Somerset Falls. I have included pictures of that as well.

    Jamaica is about to celebrate 100 years of filming in Jamaica – and so equipment, production managers, and location scouts are available.
