We’re looking for some help with location scouting for a daisy field at the end of July. We will be producing the stills shoot on 30th and 31st, which will be followed by a short film shoot at the same location, and we’ll need production support on the ground for both.

The brief is for a beautiful meadow, perhaps with an interesting backdrop, and the meadow should really include white or pink daisy like flowers – chamomile for example is in bloom for longer than daisies but looks almost identical.

Unfortunately this is too late for daisies in the UK, and our photographer really wants to work in Greece, but we’ve heard Latvia is also great for daisies?

    Dear Ros,

I believe you might find a place like that in Poland. I will do some research later today and try to find examples of what you might be possibly getting here. A daisy is likely to bloom from March till November. There is one kind of daisy that is common for this part of Europe. I have attached a link to wikipedia for reference and for you to see whether this is the actual plant you are looking for.

Please, do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further questions. I would be more than happy to assist you. I would also appreciate location reference so I could match your expectations.

    Kind regards,
