    We are looking where to produce a TVC with a tide budget.
    We feel this script need to feel like winter in England but we have budget limitation and we need to shoot in Eastern Europe, or the North of England even???? it is very important this looks like an English winter.
    It is about a soccer game.
    We have to think carefully about how we might be able to re-create all the excitement of a real game but with out the money? Also the exterior shots walking to the game would need to feel authentic?? With the hamburger vans and people walking towards the ground.
    Any advice ? or any production services house interested?
