Equipment&Soundman in Amsterdam

Hello! I’m planning a 2 days shoot in Amsterdam on 22 and 23 of August. What I need is to rent Nikon D800, few lenses, tripod and slider. Also I need soundman with equpment to record an interview. Anyone?

300£ per day + one return flight london to Amsterdam and hotel x 2 nights ( 70 euros per night ) ( we have no guys in amsterdam avaliable at this time )
