    Hello,

I am London based but looking to do a shoot in February in somewhere that needs to emulate Europe in the summer.

I’m thinking SA – unless anyone has any other suggestions?

It’s for a well known clothing brand based on seasons, so we must be able to achieve this.

    Thanks!
    Laura

    Ciao Laura,
a possible solution to consider is south of Italy, mainly Sicily or Amalfi coast.
If you think could be an option I can send you some pics ref.

    Hi Laura

The Canary Islands are perfect for what you´re looking for – They look year round like Europe in the summer. Its an European territory(Spain)but its in front of the coasts of West Africa, so the weather is always nice, 23-26C October till March, 25-28C April till September approx.

Its a lot cheaper then SA(and safer) and the good weather is practically guaranteed, something in SA nobody can do due to the unexpected climate changes, that happen almost daily in SA…FYI

Please let us know if there´s any info we could send you – locations, budgets, prices etc, or simply send us more info about the project(script, synopsis, budget limitations etc) so that we can also send you more info, ok? Here´s some locations of Tenerife for ref: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/lwowazk1xcnjkiy/AADaJeP3SeXLwGP-0IY03B0Qa?dl=0

    Dear Laura,
I would like you to consider the new EU member; Croatia – as a filming destination of your choice. The coast has a warm Mediterranean climate and some very interesting urban locations, as per attached. The flight from London lasts 2h with many carriers.

We work more and more frequently with UK productions, which I can offer as references.
If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Laura,

We would recommend Greece for your purposes as it enjoys a very sunny and good weather throughout the year and the trip from London is easy and straightforward.

However, South Africa would be a very good option. You can contact us for getting you in touch with a number of very good professionals we have worked with in the past that would be perfect for your needs.

    Hi Laura,
We are a full service production and equipment rental company based in the Canary Islands. We are regularly providing locations during winter time for northern and eastern European countries, who need places that look like their home in springtime, but without the terrible weather. We have convincing, green countryside with forests, hills and lakes that can double as northern Europe locations. We are just 4 hours away from London and have 20-22ºC during winter, the warmest in Europe.
We would be happy to help!

    Hi Laura,
considering locations, logistics, professional crew and production costs, spanish mediterranean coast could be an interesting option for your production; Mallorca, ibiza or Formentera in one hand or valencian or andalucian coast aswell.
If you consider any of these as an interesting option, please contact me and I send you some reference pics according to your search.
I am freelance producer with experience in fashion shoots.
If required, i can send you links of stylists, make up artists and photographers i usually work with and some pics of our latest shootings.
    best regards,
