    HI Olly,

The wheat fields in Cape Town are fantasitc. At this time of the year they have just been harvested or in the process of being harvested.

Best time to shoot wheat in South Africa is mid October, early November. You might find the odd field still waiting to be harvest but the timing would be tight.

    All the best.

You just out of luck for Cape Town, and probably most of ZA, however there are a few farmers up in Free State which is 2 hours flight North of Cape Town, that just might possibly still have, but yet, its very tight,

    Hi Olly

Harvest season in in the Cape region of South Africa is normally November / December and most fields that I have seen recently have already been cut – however, its best to contact us directly on gavin@farmfilm.tv about the project and we can look into it in more detail.

    Thanks

    Gavin
