    We are in need of excellent fixers / food consultants in the following locations Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Turkey for a Channel 4 food programme. This role would be an off screen position for someone who is really embedded in the local food culture. We are looking for someone who knows exactly what important local dishes we should be focusing on, where we should go and who we should meet in order to really understand the cuisine of the region. We will require them to recommend people, places and dishes with excellent stories that will give the viewer an insight into the food of the country that the average tourist would not have access to. They would need to have a good command of English and be available to work during the months of June, July and August not necessarily on a full time basis. Any recommendations welcome!
