Dear Petra! My collegue, Mats Wolgers, asked me to answer your request. It is Friday evening so unfortunately I can´t call people to find out if there is still yellow, growing cornfields in September in Sweden.
I can find out on Monday the 6th of August if you want.
Please let me know. Kind regards, Anders Gernandt

Hi Klara, I am writing to you from Peru. The harvesting season for corn here in the Andes begins in October/November so September is a great time to shoot corn fields. The best corn fields are probably in the Sacred Valley near Cusco because of the spectacular mountain views, but there is a huge variety of other possible corn growing areas ranging from fertile coastal valleys to lush cloud forest. Please contact me directly if you would like to see some location photos of corn fields in Peru. tambofilm@gmail.com

ALBERTA, Canada (Calgary is the city you would fly into ) human corn grows 5 to 7 feet high – and harvests TYPICALLY -2nd week of September
and animal corn – grows 6 to 8 feet high and CAN harvest as late as mid september
ONTARIO- CORN fields they rotate the crops here so
some is harvesting NOW early august
and some can be harvested as late as mid September
HOWEVER our summer has been very hot so they might harvest earlier this year..
