This is quite a specific requirement we are after! We are currently doing a project for the European Petrochemical Association aimed at young people.
We are looking for a shot with a high speed train that passes a wind farm that we can shoot from a helicopter running alongside the train.
We were originally going to shoot this in Germany but because of severe weather they aren’t doing any helicopter flights. This is now becoming an urgent request as we need to shoot this week!
If anyone can suggest alternative locations please reply.
    Many thanks,
    Rachel

Hi Rachel, could u mention your contact details? There might be an option…Best from Austria, Markus / PICSPUSHER

There is possibly something like that in Scotland, but looking at the urgency we have the same problems as Germany- whole of Scotland has ground to a halt at present and I am unable to do some scouting that I was going to do this week.

Hi Rachel! You can find in Andalucia over 50% of all windmills in Spain, being amongst the pioneers in communities of renewable energy instalations in all of Europe. The Spanish high-speed train network AVE has a large schedule of times arriving into MALAGA every day, where we furthermore have the privilege of having over 320 days of sunshine & natural daylight a year, making filming very cost-effective.

MALAGA FILM OFFICE is here to assist your shoot in every possible way, so if you would like to contact us for more information on our incentives & benefits to filming here, we will be happy to send you more information. We can also give you contacts for local bilingual Location Scouts and/or Production Services Companies with extensive experience in the film business, that can help you in a much more personal manner.
