    hello,
    in Hungary wheat is ripe right now – just about to be collected.
    Still we will have a second harvest for the ones sown at spring.
    So it depends on the timing of your shoot.

    You may look at Quebec, Canada where Wheat Fields are numerous and in full bloom and ready to harvest until end of August depending on the region.
