International Fixers and Location Managers (Multiple Countries)

I want to find out which fixers and location managers have experience managing location scouting and location arrangements internationally or nationally in multiple states. I have been speaking with fixers and location managers who concentrate mainly in one country or city, but I am interested in those with experience handling location management in multiple countries and regions. This is for future reference for a few upcoming film projects and episodic content that start production Spring 2017. I do have an immediate need to know reputable options for fixers and location managers in California, but will post a separate announcement for that shortly.
