location for TVC wanted

hi everyone

for our TVC we are searching for a location in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia ONLY.
this is a residential country house that has to stand on the small river among not very high mountains. it should be modern, can be wooden, no plastic. it should have verandah or some walking deck. it shouldn’t look too cool or luxurious. can be a small restaurant or even better a nice water-mill – for water splashes in the shot. can have a kind of glass wall. ideally the house shall stand near some field and forest. the whole picture is to be very beautiful. not too many other buildings around – to receive the impression of air.
