Locations for Shoots in Croatia

Hello,

I am currently searching for locations in Croatia to use for a new game show. Ideally it would be one place, with several different landscapes including a lake, forests and fields. We would be building our own games and would need the location for nine weeks. Is there anywhere you could suggest? I would be very grateful.

The key information I need would be: location, cost, landscapes, nearest cities/transport and whether anything else had been filmed there before.

Hello Lucy.

Here is Mladen from Pula, Istria region in Croatia. I can recommend Istria as the best location for your project. In a relatively small area there are all the elements that you need. Istria is well connected with roads, with the international airport in Pula and several smaller ones in the vicinity.

hello Lucy, how are You?
I would like to suggest Kvarner area with city of Rijeka. International airport is on Isle Krk (30 min),Pula (1:15h) and Zagreb (2h).
You will find mountains, coastline, lakes….

Another region is Istria, just ‘next door’ to Kvarner. great landscapes and all. international airport is in Pula, but Venice and Trieste airport are not too far either.

Third region would be Zadar and island of Pag. Zadar has it’s own international airport.
in the background you have mountain Velebit, isle of Pag landscapes which are so different: from moon surface type to typical mediterranean.
