  • Hi fellow producers,

I am looking for a small town junction / market square full of snow in the end of October. Snow plough in the street, people around with shovels. I would greatly appreciate your proposals with pictures. Preferably in Europe but that is not a must as long as the architecture is relevant (no skyscrapers, just small town architecture).

Please, e-mail me for a reference picture.
I have just changed the region to worldwide as Europe might not be enough – hope the world is :).

    Kind regards,
    Tom Hryniszyn

    Dear Tom!

We still cannot guarantee you heaps of snow in Finland in October, but have a look at a job we did a year a go for a Pepsi NEX commercial, where we used artificial snow:

Please do let me know if you would be interested in working with something like that!

    Hello Tom,

although there are some chances that we can get a village in the snow at the end of october (as it has happened last year) it is not guaranteed and at the moment there is not trace of snow in villages at the valley. There are some houses (4-5 buildings) on a glacier that depending on what your scenes might work and the snow is guaranteed through out the year. Obviously it greately depends on your storyboard and production needs. I will send you some pictures on your email and if you are interested please feel free to send me some more informations about the job. Hope this will be helpfull. HI Tom
It’s not possible to guarantee snow in October at town level unfortunately. Can you flexible with dates? Otherwise artificial snow will be the best way….
    Sorry!
