  • If you are looking for a 19-th century red brick building to destroy, the City of Lewiston Maine may be able to help. Lewiston, located 127 miles north of Boston, owns the Bates Mill No. 5 and the city says this 356,000 square-foot brick textile mill would be perfect for a first or second unit shoot special effects shoot. If you are interesting in learning more contact either Lea Girardin, Director of the Maine Film Office, Lea.Girardin@maine.gov or Phil Nadeau, Deputy City Administrator, in Lewiston, pnadeau@ci.lewiston.me.us.

I am looking for just what you described.
Main question are ofcourse the costs – I need a rough idea of what the city is going to ask. Best
