Hi Grant, I have already budgeted for a TVC in Senegal, there is no production serrvices companies for TVC or features. There is only an small video production company (Spanish people). I have a person in Senegal who helped me last time (he is Spanish, and French-English speaking). We organized all crews and equipment form Madrid, flying with Iberia to Dakar, and then we had all transport and logistics organized by my contact there.
