Tuscany looking locations for December/January shoot

Hi,
I’m looking for locations that resemble Tuscany pretty acurately, with weather that would let us shoot outdoors in December or January. We need a landscape and a small town. The time of year of the film is not determined but the feel is “an average tuscan day”. The film is black and white so the shade of the green on leaves and grass does not make that much of a difference.
The film is a pasta commercial.
