UK locations for shoot

I am looking for 5 weeks of our feat film shoot in UK , i am ready to pay a location manager his fee but not Much for locations .. i need to shoot on streets , few major scenes in Hospital interior/ext. , rooftop terrace with city skyline , Old early 1900 look of an APPARTMENT int/ext , A vintage look railway stations ( if possible 1900 look engine ),

if somebody can send me location ref pics with cost involve we can talk further.. would love if all can get in and arund one London.
