Hello! I am Andero, a production-manager from Revolver Film, Estonia. We would recommend shooting in Estonia for you. We have many derelict buildings and factories, there are some options in the capitol Tallinn even. There are more options outside of the capitol aswell. Estonia is very small and compact, there is 3-4 hours drive from the airport to anywhere in the country. Getting location permits is very easy, quick and cheap.
Our company has more than sufficient track record for such line-production project. Experience in producing a feature, shorts and documentaries, international documentary and international commercials.
As always the attention needs to be in the details. What are the locations specifcally need from what era. Another thing ti note is that during that period in estonia it is winter. We are in the north (just south of finland), so it is quite snowy here then.

PS! We could find very reasonable housing options here aswell. Equipment extras and etc… aswell.
