    I’m unsure of your overall brief but New Zealand may be an option worth consideration…?
    August is winter here in New Zealand, depending on how cold things get this year the South Island may presents various possibilities in terms of small frozen alpine lakes.

    Have you considered the South Island of New Zealand as a possible location?
    August is mid winter here in New Zealand, much of the lower South Island is covered in snow at this time, we can offer picturesque alpine lakes and magnificent vistas.

    Please consider the South Island of New Zealand as a location for your up coming tvc project.
    Winter here in NZ is underway with the first commercial ski area ( Queenstown’s Coronet Peak ) expected to open on the 8th June.
    The Southern Alps of New Zealand’s South Island offer may alpine locations that may suit your purpose.

    Should you find it difficult to locate the Apple Orchard that you prefer in Perth / Australia then please consider New Zealand.
    late March and throughout April there are Orchards harvesting various Apple varieties so we may well be able to help you out.
