    Hi Fiona,
    New Zealand’s Winter runs from mid June through until late August at which time we often have snow below the tree line – See attached photos.
    Our Spring runs from September through to early / mid November, we currently have plenty of snow here in the lower South Island and central North Island but at this time of the year we couldn’t guarantee that it would be below the tree line!

    Hi Parikhit,
    In response to your request for a Winter Location and Snow in August for your shoot.
    It would be Summer in the Northern Hemisphere and I’m not so sure that you’ll find a great deal of snow there but what I do know is that it will be the middle of Winter here in New Zealand and here in Queenstown were we are based it will be a Winter Wonderland!
    We have Ski Resorts, Forests, Alpine Lakes, Log Cabins etc and a beautiful Alpine Resort Town.

    We are a Film Service Company based in Queenstown New Zealand, we’d be more than happy to help you out and facilitate your project.
    The South Island of New Zealand is a Wonderful Winter Wonderland from July through until September.
    We have snow falling here in Queenstown today with plenty more to come over the next few months.
    There are a variety of locations that we could recommend and that may be suitable for your project – Snow Covered Forest, Log Cabins, Alpine Lakes, Waterfalls, Glaciers!
