Duncan started his career in television with the BBC in London back in 1990, having had a completely different career working in his family business in Scotland.
He went freelance in 1997. Duncan has worked as a Location Manager in TV, but now works more regularly on features both large and small and has recently started Production Managing on a more regular basis.
Duncan moved back to be based in his native Scotland in 2000 after his first daughter was born, but his work takes him all over the UK and abroad.
Features include: The Da Vinci Code, The Bourne Ultimatum, Stardust, The Wolfman and The Eagle of the Ninth.
Television includes: Rockface, Monarch of the Glen and Low Winter Sun.
More recently he was UPM in Morocco on Salmon Fishing in the Yemen.
