    BJ Boulter – Freelance film producer. Tanzania, Zanzibar & Kenya.
    Brought up and schooled in DSM Tanzania, and in NBI Kenya. Art Diploma London. Production designer now producing 35mm TVCs and short films in East Africa since 1988 for European, Asian, Antipodean and American Clients, includes a few Hungarian DoPs. Locations, set design and building and all logistics. Familiar with licensing in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Nairobi. Used to troubleshooting in DSM. Fluent in Kiswahili.
